Single-User License & Educational Terms
Purchases of digital toolkits from GlobalPivots Hub grant a single-user, non-transferable license for internal trade due diligence and supplier auditing. All PDF guides, Excel models, and text files remain the exclusive intellectual property of GlobalPivots. Redistribution, resale, or multi-seat deployment without explicit enterprise authorization is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright statutes.
All frameworks and calculators are published purely for educational and operational guidance. Importers assume full commercial responsibility for cross-border supplier selections, deposit transfers, and contract negotiations. GlobalPivots assumes no liability for direct or indirect financial losses arising from overseas trade operations.
